PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination capacitor capable of preventing defects caused by application of a high voltage.SOLUTION: A lamination capacitor comprises a first capacity formation layer, a second capacity formation layer, and an intermediate layer. The first capacity formation layer has a plurality of first internal electrode layers, a plurality of first dielectric layers, and first and second principal surfaces. The second capacity formation layer has a plurality of second internal electrode layers, a plurality of second dielectric layers, and third and fourth principal surfaces. The intermediate layer is arranged so as to be sandwiched between the second principal surface and the third principal surface. The first dielectric layers the closest to the first and second principal surfaces, among the plurality of first dielectric layers, have thicknesses larger than those of the other first dielectric layers, respectively. The second dielectric layer the closest to the third and fourth principal surfaces, among the plurality of second dielectric layers, have thicknesses larger than those of the other second dielectric layers, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
