PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer carbon brush and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: A carbon brush 10 is constituted of at least two functional layers 12, 14, 16 composed of a conductive material, and an isolating layer 18 composed of an electrical insulation material placed between the function layers, composed of a mixture of a binder and boron nitride, or containing the mixture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1-2
