To provide multilayer-coated oil particles stably containing oil particles and easily releasing the included oil in use, an aqueous dispersion of the oil particles and a method for producing the oil particles.

The multilayer-coated oil particles have (A) oil particles, (B) a fine particle coating layer comprising inorganic fine particles sparingly soluble in water having an average particle diameter of 1 m and attached to the outside of the oil particles A, and (C) a polymer coating layer formed by attaching a polymer compound to the outside of the fine powder coating layer B. The polymer coating layer C is preferably composed of (C1) a first polymer coating layer formed outside of the fine powder coating layer B and (C2) a second polymer coating layer formed outside of the first polymer coating layer C1, wherein the first polymer compound constituting the first polymer coating layer C1 has the charge opposite to the charge of the fine particles constituting the powder coating layer B, and the second polymer compound constituting the second polymer layer C2 has the charge opposite to the charge of the first polymer compound.
