Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive not to generate releasing of a base plate without generating a crack on its surface even in the case of a thick layer having a high heat resistance by setting an unevenness of heights of protrusions to a specific value or less in the base plate having a plurality of protrusions on an outermost layer.
SOLUTION: The base plate is coated with a tetraethoxysilane solution (solution 1) so that a thickness at the time of solidifying it, for example, to a soda- lime glass plate (base plate 1), a polycarbonate plate (a mold 30 of intermediate layer) and a V-shaped groove mold (a mold 31 of an outermost layer) becomes 2 μm, and temporarily molded. Here, the 2 μm of the V-shaped mold is a thickest portion of a gel after the temporary molding, and indicated by D. And, a pressing force of the V-shaped mold is 2 kgf/cm2. The manufactured multilayer coating base plate is transparent, and has a thickness of a plurality of layers of 6 μm, and a refractive index of 1.39. An unevenness of a height of the protrusion of the plate is 0.7 μm (<1 μm).
