To sterilize at a high temperature under a high pressure and charge a content at a high temperature with excellent heat resistance and gas barrier properties, by forming it of a non-halogen polyolefin layer and a polyamide layer reinforced by a silicate layer.
The multilayer container comprises (A) a non-halogen polyolefin layer, and (B) a polyamide layer reinforced by a silicate layer. A melt viscosity of the non-halogen polyolefin is preferably 0.5 to 60 g/10 min of a melt flow rate measured according to an ASTM D1238 (190°C, and a load of 216 kgf). The polyamide is obtained by using a monomer such as a lactam, an aminocarboxylic acid, a diamine and a dicarboxylic acid (including a pair of salts of them) or the like by melt polymerization (or melt polycondensation) or a solid state polymerization. An amount of the silicate layer is preferably 0.1 to 30 wt.%. The container is obtained by, for example, heating a co-extruded multilayer sheet, and then deep drawing the sheet such as by vacuum molding, compression molding or the like.
