Title:
MULTILAYER FABRIC STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2009221617
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a multilayer fabric structure having excellent cushioning property and heat retaining property.

The multilayer fabric structure is formed of an upper fabric structure 1 and a lower fabric structure 2 obtained by interlacing warps and wefts, one or more intermediate fabric structures 3 and support yarns 4 that are interlaced with the upper and the lower fabric structures and support the intermediate fabric structures 3 existing between the upper and the lower fabric structures. The support yarns 4 are perpendicularly interlaced with the warps of the upper and the lower fabric structures. The intermediate fabric structures 3 are latched by the support yarns 4 and formed in a structure in which spaces are formed between the upper fabric structure 1 and the lower fabric structure 2 and the intermediate fabric structures 3. The support yarns 4 are directed toward the warp direction of the fabric structures and sequentially interlaced at fixed intervals to achieve security of cushioning property and heat retaining property.
