To provide a coextruded multilayer film which gives an excellent fouling preventive function to an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin composition film, keeps an excellent processing aptitude such as embossing processability, and shows excellent heat-adhesiveness to a substrate of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin composition film without using an adhesive containing an organic solvent etc.

The multilayer film is composed of two layers of a layer of a composition (A) comprising an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer 20-65 mole % in ethylene content and at least 85% in degree of saponification and a layer of at least one thermoplastic resin (B) selected from the group consisting of low density polyethylene 0.91 or below in density, an ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer, a saponified ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer, an ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer, a polyester 200°C or below in melting point and 70°C or below in glass transition temperature, and a thermoplastic polyurethane.
