Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer sheet or film containing a polypropylene composition excellent in transparency and cold impact resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a multilayer sheet or film having a core layer and an outer layer on both surfaces thereof with thickness ratio of the outer layer and the core layer of 1/100 to 1/30, where the core layer is constituted by a polypropylene composition containing 60 to 90 wt.% of a component (1): a propylene copolymer containing a comonomer selected from ethylene, C4 to C10-α-olefin and a combination thereof of 0 to 5.0 wt.% and 40 to 10 wt.% of a component (2): an ethylene copolymer containing 60 to 90 wt.% of ethylene and one or more kind of C3 to C10-α-olefin and having melt flow rate of 1.0 to 10 g/10 min. and intrinsic viscosity of a xylene soluble component of 0.05 o 2.0 dl/g and the outer layer has a constitution containing ethylene and a propylene (co)polymer containing 0 to 5.0 wt.% of a comonomer selected from C4 to C10-α-olefin.SELECTED DRAWING: None
