To provide a multilayer label which allows air incorporated into a gap between an intermediate substrate and a surface substrate when sticking the intermediate substrate to the surface substrate upon the manufacture to easily escape, and can prevent wrinkles from occurring on the surface substrate.

The multilayer label includes: a plurality of dot-like coated regions 61 coated with an adhesive; and non-coated regions 62 which are not coated with the adhesive, wherein the multilayer label is constituted such that the intermediate substrate 3 is stuck to the surface substrate by means of an adhesive layer 6 disposed leaving an interval with the dot-like coated regions 61 adjacent to the dot-like coated regions 61, whereby, when the intermediate substrate 3 and the surface substrate are stuck with each other in the process, the air incorporated through the non-coated regions 62 escapes even when the excessive air is incorporated into the gap between the intermediate substrate 3 and the surface substrate.
