Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a multilayer laminated structure having excellent thermal aging resistance, shape-retainability and cushioning property, free from stuffing tendency and most suitable for cushioning material and provide a product such as vehicle seat produced by using the structure.
CONSTITUTION: This multilayer laminated structure having a density of 0.01-0.2g/cm3 is produced by sinuously bending continuous filaments having a fineness of 100-100,000de to contact the filaments with each other, fusing the most part of the contacting points to form a thermoplastic elastomer resin layer having three-dimensional steric structure, laminating and welding the thermoplastic elastomer resin layer to a thermoplastic non-elastomer resin layer to form a laminated mesh having essentially flat surface and three- dimensional structure formed by the mixing and opening of the heat-bondable fiber with short fibers composed of a thermoplastic non-elastomer resin to weld and integrate the most part of the contacting points with the heat-bondable component, and bonding and integrating a nonwoven fabric having essentially flat surface to the laminate.
