Abstract:
To provide a multilayer paper bag having a mouth sealing part capable of maintaining a sealing structure for a long period of time by using a flat plate folded in two from the center and having the inner surface coated with hot melt instead of using one-round valve, which is conventionally used for the mouth sealing part of a paper bag, applied with hot melt to the inner surface of a preformed cylindrical body, thereby eliminating the stagnation of powder, and forming a complete sealing body having no small gap when the mouth sealing part is heated and pressed.SOLUTION: In a method of this invention for manufacturing a multilayer paper bag in which at least the outermost layer is composed of a paper layer, a valve paper layer formed by folding paper on which a hot melt is applied to the inner surface used in the present invention in two in the nozzle insertion direction is applied to the mouth sealing side of the multilayer paper bag, and when manufacturing the multilayer paper bag, the valve paper layer is arranged outside valve paper 6 in a state in which a pressing paper piece 7 having a size covering the entire width directional face of the valve paper 6 is laminated or an inner patch 8 is further laminated on the pressing paper piece 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
