To provide a multilayer product comprising a polarizing film, a retardation film and a polarizing film protection film, excellent in thinness and lightness, excellent also in durability under high temperature and high humidity conditions, and usable also as a polarizing plate.

The multilayer product is obtained by stacking the retardation film (A) formed by drawing a resin composition comprising 99-40 wt.% of a maleimide-olefin copolymer having a number average molecular weight of 1×103-5×106 and 1-60 wt.% of an acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer containing 21-45 wt.% of acrylonitrile units on one face of the polarizing film (B) and stacking the polarizing film protection film (C) on the other face of the polarizing film (B).
