Abstract:
To provide a multilayer resin slider member in which the variation of the exposing ratio of a wire gauze to the cutting depth is little, and the balance of the anti-abrasive property and the non-seizure property is kept.
A wire gauze 3 with the space ratio 30% to 74%, and the wire diameter 0.1 mm to 2.0 mm is jointed to a back plate 1, and the surface of a resin sliding member 2 filled and covered to the wire gauze 3 is formed to expose a part of the wire gauze 3 by a cutting process. Consequently, since the exposing ratio of the wire gauze 3 is not varied largely even by the variation of the cutting amount, the anti-abrasive property and the non-seizure property are not varied largely.
