PURPOSE: To obtain a multilayer rolled sheet which is excellent in optical characteristics and moistureproofness, and especially excellent in toughness by a method wherein that is composed of two resin layers, and one side resin layer is rolled as specified cyclic olefin resin.

CONSTITUTION: A multilayer rolled sheet having a cyclic olefin resin layer is provided wherein that is composed of two resin layers, and one side resin layer is obtained by rolling a raw fabric sheet consisting of cyclic olefin resin represented by the formula I or formula II. In the formula I, n is zero or 1; m is zero or a positive integer; q is zero or 1; R1-R18, and Ra, and Rb are respectively independently a hydrocarbon group which may be replaced by a halogen atom or halogen; R15-R18 may be bonded to each other to form a monocycle or a polycycle; and the monocycle may have double bond. In the formula II, p and q are zero or a positive integer, and m and n are zero, 1, or 2.
