Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a multilayer sheet which can prevent a brightness difference from occurring even when performing inkjet printing using an aqueous pigment ink or an aqueous dye ink and is excellent in toughness, in a lamination sheet on which a plaster containing layer is formed on a substrate sheet.SOLUTION: Colored material is applied onto the plaster layer side of a multilayer sheet having a substrate sheet and a plaster layer which is laminated on the upper surface of the substrate sheet and contains plaster in a semi-solidified state to perform drawing and, subsequently, forming a resin layer on the plaster layer to manufacture the multilayer sheet. The resin layer is made of either one kind of acrylic resin, urethane resin and fluorine containing resin or a combination of two kinds or more of them. Preferably, resin solution which is prepared by dissolving the resins such that a concentration in organic solvent solution is 2 to 30 wt.% and a viscosity gets to 1 to 10 mP s is applied such that the resin layer amounts to an application amount of 0.5 to 10 g/m, and the multilayer sheet is manufactured.
