Title:
MULTILAYERED ENDLESS WOVEN FABRIC FOR CONCENTRATING PAPER MATERIAL AND ITS PRODUCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3397480
Kind Code:
B
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain an endless multilayered woven fabric for concentrating a paper material capable of preventing the breakage of a woven fabric due to bending or abrasion caused near a guide protrusion by integrally forming the guide protrusion on a running surface of a flex-resistant part installed in at least one end of selvedge parts.
CONSTITUTION: This endless multilayered woven fabric 1 is obtained by weaving polyethylyne terephthalate monofilaments as warp yarns 2 and nylon monofilaments as weft yarns arranged in at least three layers of the topmost-layer weft yarns 3, the lowermost-layer weft yarns 5 and auxiliary weft yarns 6 arranged between the lowermost-layer weft yarns 5. A polyurethane resin sheet is then thermally fused to at least one end of selvedge parts in the width direction of the woven fabric to form a flex-resistant part, filling ≥85% woven fabric space and having 30-50mm width and a guide protrusion 8 is integrally formed with the polyurethane resin of the same quality as that of the sheet on the running surface. Thereby, the woven fabric is used for removing ink particles, ash, etc., from a paper material slurry recycled from waste papers such as newspapers by deinking, deashing, etc., and concentrating the paper material.
