Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a multilayered laminated body having an excellent heat resistance and a flexibility by forming a laminated body having three layers comprising a surface layer made of a specified thermoplastic elastomer, a foaming layer obtained by foaming a specified resin composition and a base material layer made of a woody phenol resin.
CONSTITUTION: This multilayered laminated body is formed of at least three layers of a surface layer, a foaming layer and a base material layer. The surface layer comprises a thermoplastic elastomer having the Shore A hardness. Block isocyanate of 0.05-20wt. parts having at least two protected isocyanate groups in one molecule and a foaming agent of 0.1-40wt. parts, which can be decomposed at 100-250°, are arranged in an ethylene-based copolymer having at least one kind of the group selected from the group, which has the amount of content at a unit derived from ethylene of 30-99.8wt.% and comprises a hydroxyl group, an amino group, a carboxyl group, acid an anhydride group and a half exter thereof. The foaming layer is obtained by foaming the resin composition, wherein these materials are arranged. Furthermore, the basic material layer comprises a woody phenol resin.
