Title:
MULTILAYERED MAGNETIC FILM AND MAGNETIC HEAD FORMED BY USING THE MULTILAYERED MAGNETIC FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04268206
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obviate the generation of magnetic walls in spite of the impression of external magnetic fields and to improve the characteristics of the magnetic head with the multilayered magnetic film and the magnetic head using this film.

CONSTITUTION: The multilayered magnetic films are constituted by laminating magnetic layers 1 via nonmagnetic intermediate layers 2 and providing permanent magnet layers or ferrodiamagnetic layers 3 for impressing bias magnetic fields in the direction of the axis of easy magnetization of these magnetic layers 1. Then, the magnetic layers 1 impressed with the bias magnetic fields have a monmagnetic domain structure and have the constitution to obviate the generation of the magnetic walls even if the external magnetic fields are impressed thereto. The lower magnetic film and upper magnetic film of the magnetic head are formed of such multilayered magnetic films, by which the high-frequency characteristics are improved and the high-density recording is enabled.
