Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the sole of a shoe fitted to a footprint, easy to produce, having no feeling of physical disorder at the time of initial wearing and solved from the sink caused by the non-uniformity of thickness at the time of molding.

CONSTITUTION: A compressive resin material 11 large in the collapse generating permanent strain by repeated compression load is laid between an insole 5B composed of a thin stretchable material and a midsole 7 to produce the sole of a shoe by injection molding. In this case, a tread part 11A is made thin and an ankle part 11B is made thick while the midsole 7 and an outsole 9 are equalized in thickness.
