Abstract:

To provide a multilayered tablet prevented from delamination of the multilayered tablet, and having both of rapid release and sustainability, and to provide a method for producing the tablet.

The multilayered tablet has 10-60 m average particle diameter, and at least one layer containing a low-substitution degree hydroxypropylcellulose having 0.2-0.4 g/mL loosened apparent density and 5-16 mass% hydroxypropyl substitution degree. As one preferable embodiment, the multilayered tablet has at least one layer containing a hydroxypropylmethylcellulose forming a 2 mass% aqueous solution of 100 MPa s viscosity at 20C besides the layer.
