Title:
MULTILAYERED WOVEN FABRIC
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010270406
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a highly bulky, puffy and soft touch multilayered woven fabric without excessively thick yarns.

This four or more multilayered woven fabric 10 whose layers each have a weave density of 5 to 40 yarns/2.54 cm is characterized by nipping non-twisted yarns 23 between inside two layers (B, D layers) in the longitudinal direction, and binding the wefts 21 of the frontmost woven fabric layer (A layer) to the wefts 15 of the rearmost woven fabric layer (E layer) at an arbitrary pitch. The non-twisted yarns 23 are puffy, and the weave densities of the woven fabric layers (A, B, D, E layers) are low. Therefore, the multilayered woven fabric 10 wholly has a soft and puffy hand.
