Title:
MULTILAYERED YARN MESH SHEET FOR PRINTING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3614392
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered yarn mesh sheet for printing capable of forming a clear print image by an aqueous or oil-based ink.
SOLUTION: As the fiber yarn constituting the mesh sheet, (1) a core/sheath- type multilayered monofilament consisting of a core layer and a sheath layer covering the core layer which are each made of a polymer having a melting point different from each other, or (2) a core/sheath-type multilayered yarn consisting of a core layer made of a polymer fiber and a sheath layer covering the core layer and consisting of a synthetic resin, is used. The melting point of the core layer is higher than that of the sheath layer; the knitted multilayered yarns are heat-bonded at their crossing parts; a Munsell brightness of the sheath layer is ≥8.0; and the ratio of the total area of the through-holes formed among the multilayered yarns to the whole area of the mesh sheet is ≤0.5.
