PURPOSE: To obtain a circuit whereby multilevel information is stored as a current value by connecting a switching transistor, an amplifier transistor and an information storing capacitor to a recording line, an information line and respective nodes of fixed potential.
CONSTITUTION: An information value to be stored is converted into the current value and impressed on the B-node and also a voltage capable of turning on the switching transistor TrM1 is applied to the A-node so as to turn on TrM1. Fixed potential is kept in the D-node and the C-node and information made into the current value of the B-node is stored in a capacitor CO. Then, A-node potential is converted so as to turn off TrM1 and the potential of the D-node is converted so as to turn on the amplifier TrM2 while potential is kept as it is. Current applying to the voltage charged in the capacitor CO is permitted to flow by TrM2, the current flow quantity of the B-node is detected and the stored information value is deciphered. By the configuration, the circuit where not only numerical value information consisting of numerical values zero and one by also multilevel information are stored is obtained.
