Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of multimedia compound document preparation and to enable high-level and flexible multimedia compound document management under the distributed environment by enabling the non-definition of the reference destination to the relation of reference among multimedia document and performing the cooperated work between retrieving person of multimedia compound documents and the preparing person or managing person of multimedia compound documents.
SOLUTION: Reference information 11 defining the reference relation of an object consisting of the multimedia compound document, arbitrary multimedio compound document containing that object and arbitrary object in that document is position as an object by a data base 10 and managed independently of a compound multimedia document 12 and only is reference 6 can be independently handled through a communication control part 1 by an execution part 3.
