Abstract:
To solve the problem in which: there is an idea that an agent is stored in a lipocalin-type prostaglandin D synthase having a barrel structure, and a disulfide bond is introduced to between α helix H2 and E-F loop, to trap in the agent, but it could be discharged out of the body; and there are some cases that the agent is released from an opening gap of the barrel structure.SOLUTION: A multimer composition of capsule protein comprises a human lipocalin-type prostaglandin D synthase with cysteine in the active center substituted by alanine. The multimer composition has a diameter of 10 nm or more, exhibits EPR effect, can remain in a cancer cell for a long time, and allows the effect of an agent to be exhibited sufficiently.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
