The opening bottom 24 of a carton 10 includes a plurality of closing flaps 26, 28, and 30 connected to each other, the closing flap 26b being connected to a front wall 14 along a horizontal hinge line 32, the closing flap 28 being connected to a side wall 18 along a hinge line 34, and the closing flap 30 being connected to a rear wall 16 along a hinge line 36. Each of the closing flaps 26, 28, and 30 has a complete opening position, to enable the placement of a cigarette pack 12 into the carton 10 and also allow it be taken out. Additionally, each of the closing flaps 26, 28, and 30 has a closing position, to be positioned at a certain angle a little inside the carton in order to hold the contents of the carton 10.
