Title:
MULTIPASS CONNECTION SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3228491
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To surely send guidance in accordance with a call from a user by previously setting up a multipass up to a plan presenter by a switchboard prior to the start of the plan and holding the multipass until the end of the plan.
CONSTITUTION: A network service management station NSSP is provided with a means for controlling the connection of a previously set line out of input side lines and an IP sound source prior to the arrival of an incoming call. The station NSSP instructs a subscriber's switchboard GC to previously set up a multipass based upon the service start time of plan data through a network service control station NSP. At the time of receiving the multipass setting instruction from the station NSSP, the switchboard GC previously sets up a multipass in a prescribed IP sound source and does not release the multipass to the IP sound source until the reception of a multipass set releasing instruction from the station NSSP. Thereby even when an originating call to the IP sound source disappears by accident, the multipass to the IP sound source is not released.
