Abstract:
PURPOSE:To decrease number of parts for a yoke portion and save man-hour for attaching it by forming one yoke for multiple electromgnetic valves integrally and inserting it into one valve body in order to integralize by molding. CONSTITUTION:Yokes 12 for each electromagnetic valves 4 are made of one sheet of plate 14 by forming semi-cylindrical portions 14a at the same side thereof and bending it at the central portion thereof in order to make each cylindrical portions 14b. The yoke 12 consisting of these cylindrical portions 14b is inserted at a peripheral portions of coils for valve bodies and is set within a forming mold after the assembling of the valve bodies, then, synthetic resin is poured thereinto in order to mold the valve body, and thereby, each electromagnetic valves 4 are integralized by the synthetic resin 5. Consequently, each yokes 12 are attached to the electromagnetic valves 4 at one time, therefore, man-hours for attaching and the number of parts for the yokes 12 are decreased in great deal, while the management therefor may be facilitated.
