Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple blade type compressor and its multistage compression method.SOLUTION: A multiple blade type compressor comprises a hollow cylinder 30 including a compression chamber 90, a plurality of intake air channels 71, 72, a plurality of exhaust channels 51, 52 and a plurality of storing chambers G1, G2, with the intake air channels, the storing chamber, and the exhaust channels being arranged along the cylinder in a clockwise direction; the prescribed cylinder being communicated with the compression chamber and an outside part of the cylinder; a piston sleeve 10 arranged in the compression chamber and fitted to an outer side of an eccentric ring; a plurality of blades 41, 42 arranged in the storing chambers, one end of each of the blades being contacted with the outer wall of the piston sleeve and movable in an axial direction; and a connecting rod 80 arranged outside the cylinder, its one end being connected to one end of the one blade and the other end being connected to one end of another blade so as to reduce an output power required at its operation through intake-air-compression-exhaust of the multiple blade type compressor and wear, and to extend an operation life of the compressor.
