PURPOSE: To make the titled device compact and simple by placing optical filters of plural colors in the longitudinal direction, on a concentrical cylinder in the periphery of a linear white light source, and making the concentrical cylinder rotatable.
CONSTITUTION: A reflecting film 34 is stuck to the outside periphery except an opening part 33 of a fluorescent lamp 32 with the opening part, and a white light is irradiated only from the opening part 33. As for the reflecting film 34, for instance, an aluminum foil is used. A cylinder 38 in which a red filter 35, a green filter 36, and a blue-violet filter 37 have been placed to as to become a roughly equal interval is installed on a concentrical cylinder having an interval 34 having a distance, for instance, of 5mm to the fluorescent lamp 32. This cylinder 38 is rotatable. A light shielding layer 39 is provided between the filters 35, 36 and 37, respectively.
