Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely correct strain regardlessly of the thickness of a material to be corrected by extending one end of a rotating shaft in the axial direction and making a part of plural drive rollers movable to a retreated position not facing plural pressure rollers thereby moving an unnecessary drive roller to the retreated position.
SOLUTION: A flat plate block, 10 consists of a thick flat plate 10a, two drive rollers 31 are moved to a second guide part 26b of a lower moving guide 26 and a first guide shaft part 32, remaining two drive rollers 31 are positioned having a prescribed distance with driven rollers 24, 25. The flat plate block 10 is placed on each drive roller 31, at the state that the driven rollers 24, 25 are lowered and brought into contact with the flat plate block 10, by driving/ rotating a transfer roller and each drive roller 31, the flat plate block 10 is transferred. At this time, each driven roller 24, 25 applies a prescribed pressure force to the flat plate block 10, plural line strains of the flat plate block 10 are simultaneously and continuously corrected.
