A plumbing zone 12 is arranged in the inside area of an inner peripheral tube frame 7 in the living room zone 11. A common corridor 13b is arranged along a divided shaft 14 formed in a curb shape in the common zone 10. The common zone 10 is divided into nine areas, and a floor nonexistent vertical directional first communicating space 18a is formed in the respective divided areas opposite onto a pair of diagonal lines positioned in an even angle part of the core tube frame 9, and a core shaft is arranged for inclusively housing various common pipe equipment.
