This device is constituted so that an information signal is outputted to an entrance lobby unit installed in the entrance lobby of a multiple dwelling house, a dwelling unit installed for each dwelling unit, an information signal line L for transmitting the information signal informed by the dwelling unit to a management unit 2 and an output signal line connected to the management unit 2 on the basis of the information signal informed by the dwelling unit. In this case, the management unit 2 is provided with a transfer information output terminal ST and a transfer information output control part STC and it is made possible for the transfer information output control part STC to set so that a desired signal is outputted to an arbitrary transfer information output terminal ST when a specific information signal occurs.
