Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house structure in which containers for articles can be erected so as not to restrict spaces for habitable rooms, verandas, or other elements and the articles can be easily put in the container or taken out therefrom.
SOLUTION: Ceiling boards are laid in respective house spaces 9 and western style room spaces 10 are formed below the ceiling boards and an attic space is formed above the ceiling boards. An opening is made on the ceiling boards so as to vertically pierce the ceiling boards and an opening/closing door is formed on the ceiling boards. And spaces SP1, SP3, SP4, SP6, SP8 are formed at the nearby position of the opening side in the attic space and a transfer device 15 of articles is installed at the ceiling board side of these spaces.
