CONSTITUTION: A living and dining room 2 is arranged in a manner to be communicated directly with a comparatively wide vestibule 1 through a door, a kitchen 4, a washing and bathing room 5, and a water closet 6 are arranged on both sides of a corridor 7 communicated to the living and dining room 2. A foreign style living room 8 and a Japanese style living room 9 are arranged to the end of the corridor. A bench-form seating structure 11 is arranged close to a wall on the right upon entrance through a vestibule door 10. A locker 12 is arranged adjacently to the seating structure 11 and a clog cabinet 13 is arranged deep on the left. A place under the seating structure 11 forms a cupboard-on-floor-form containing part for effective utilization.
