PURPOSE: To build a multiple dwelling house having earthquake proof and a high degree of freedom for layout by providing counter beams on the outer peripheral parts of a balcony and an outer corridor, forming the lower surface of a floor slab as a flat plate structure, and partitioning between the adjacent dwelling units by earthquake proofing walls.
CONSTITUTION: A multiple dwelling house 10 is constructed by a steel framed concrete structure or a steel framed reinforced concrete structure, first posts 13, 13,... are erected at fixed spaces in the longitudinal direction to support the floor slab 14 of each story. The floor slab 14 of each story is formed as a flat plate structure without a beam and a column capital on the lower surface, counter beams 17 extended in the longitudinal direction are integrally formed on the outer peripheral end parts of a balcony 11 and an outer corridor 12, and second posts 18, 18... are erected along the longitudinal direction between the counter beams 17 and the floor slab 14 of the upper story. Door boundary walls 15, 15... formed by an earthquake proof wall without an opening, which partition adjacent dwelling units J, J are installed between the first posts 13, 13 confronting with each other along the width direction. As there is no projection such as a beam or the like on the lower surface of the floor slab 14, layout planning can be freely performed for each dwelling unit J according to the need of a customer.
