PURPOSE: To obtain a desired form by a single press, and facilitate manufacturing by crushing the corners of both side edges in one surface of each finger by a punch having an angle to the respective surface for forming a round and diagonal surface.
CONSTITUTION: An installation hole 12 is bored in a plate-like support part 11, two parallel plate-like spring parts 13 are extended from one side edge of the part 11 integrally, and a plural fingers (thin members) 14 are formed to extend the part 13 integrally from each end of the part 13. Corners at both side edges in one surface of each finger 14 are then crushed by a punch having an angle to the respective surface. In this case, the side edge corner of the finger 14 is crushed by a diagonal surface, a desired form can be obtained by a single press, and because a diagonal surface 32 having roundness on both sides of a contact surface 15 is provided, damage to a counter body can be prevented. Even in case the diagonal surface 32 is formed before or after it is bent like a letter L, it can be achieved easily, and even if the finger 14 is very thin, the diagonal surface 32 can be formed easily.
