To provide a multiple fluid-distributing/filling apparatus which is compact in size and inexpensive and can distribute and fill a plurality of soups.

The apparatus comprises a constant quantity distributing valve body having a suction opening communicating with a container for storing the distributing/filling object fluid and a distribution opening to distribute into a filling container as the destination of distribution, an inside tube fitted with the valve body freely rotatively, a piston fitted able to slide freely in the tube and an opening formed on the periphery of the tube. The opening of the tube is connected with a plurality of distribution valves. The valves fill a specified quantity of the fluid in the inside tube by retracting the piston with being connected with the suction opening of the valve body, and distribute the fluid through the distribution opening by advancing the piston with the opening of the inside tube being connected to communicate with the distribution opening of the valve body. The valves are driven by a single drive source by meshing the gears formed or installed on the inside tube directly or via a driving gear.
