Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple frequency antenna system which can configure a logarithmic periodic antenna having a wide band property to be compact and lightweight and house an antenna unit of the logarithmic periodic antenna inside a flat-shaped cover.SOLUTION: A multiple frequency antenna system has 4 logarithmic period type antennas 7a to 7d in which wide parts 8 are formed on a base end side and a plurality of elements 11 are arranged on both surfaces of a dielectric substrate 10 in which a tapered part 9 is formed on an end side so that element lengths become gradually long log-periodically. The 4 antennas 7a to 7d are arranged on a flat reflection plate 3 in the state that they are arranged in an X shape. In the 4 antennas 7a to 7d, the wide parts 8 approximate the reflection plate 3 respectively, the dielectric substrate 10 is tilted diagonally against the reflection plate 3 so that the tapered part 9 side is away from the reflection plate 3, and the dielectric substrate 10 is stood on the reflection plate 3 in the state that the tapered part 9 sides of the antennas 7a to 7d are brought into contact with one another.
