Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce processing part by forming a through hole comprising a spline hole part and a hollow part of a larger diameter than that in an axial direction in a driven shaft of a first gear pump, and splinefitting a drive shaft of a second gear pump with it.
SOLUTION: A through hole is provided in an axial direction in a driven shaft 6 of a first gear pump I by forming a spline hole part 18a having a female spline 18 and a hollow part 19 of a larger diameter than the spline hole part 18a. A male spline 17 is formed in an outer circumferential surface of a drive shaft 15 of a second gear pump II. By engaging the splines 17, 18 in the first and the second gear pumps I, II with each other, both shafts 16, 15 are connected. Male and female parts of the splines 17, 18 can be inverted to each other. In this constitution, the spline hole part 18a can be formed in the first gear pump I by broaching work, thereby processing time can be reduced.
