Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple glass having high heat-insulation properties, and a production method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a multiple glass provided with: a pair of glass substrates, a plurality of spacers arranged between a pair of the glass substrates; and a sealing material sealing the peripheral part of a pair of the glass substrates, and the inside of the sealable space formed between a pair of the glass substrates is made into a pressure-reduced state. The size of the cross section in the face direction of the spacer arranged at the central part of the glass substrate is higher than the cross section of the spacer arranged around the glass substrate. The spacer is formed by a photolithography method using photosensitive paste.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
