PURPOSE: To provide a multiple holes-processing unit wherein a process for perforating a printed circuit board, etc., requiring a number of holes punched of different diameters in a base board is made practicable by fitting an attachment to a conventional shaping machine, and expanding the function of the shaping machine.
CONSTITUTION: The unit comprises a deckel-type, three-dimentional shaper body 1, a stand 2 for attaching an object to be processed, a drill 3a set up in the lower part of a main shaft 3, an electric power/machine operation converter 9 controlling a lever 8 for pushing down the main shaft, an operation time control unit 10 for setting and controlling the operation time of the converter 9, and an electric switch 15 for controlling the unit 10. Template 11 is positoned and fixed to a fixing stand 12, and profiling is accurately carried out according to the template by means of a stylus 13. The profiling motion is accurately reduced in scale by means of a pantagraph 14, and is converted to the motion of the main shaft 3 to carry out processing at high accuracies. Thus, the functions of conventional shaping machines may be expanded.
