Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve a part in lightening weight and providing high accuracy and mechanical strength by integrally molding a valve element and turn shaft of a multiple integral type butterfly valve for an intake control device by a resin material containing reinforcing fiber, and further by orienting this reinforcing fiber in an axial line direction of the turn shaft.
CONSTITUTION: Relating to a cavity by which an external shape of a multiple integral type butterfly valve 21 is formed, an injection port is provided in a region of a part corresponding to a distance from a part corresponding to one end part of a turn shaft 21b to 1/5 total length thereof. By injection filling a resin material containing reinforcing fiber 21c in the cavity from the injection port, the reinforcing fiber 21c contained in the resin material is continuously oriented in a lengthwise direction of the turn shaft 21b and prevented frog being non-continuous particularly in a region positioned mutually between valve 21a. Accordingly, also contraction deformation of the valve after molding is extremely suppressed, to improve a yield rate of products with high accuracy in the molding dimension, and bending rigidity or twist rigidity of the turn shaft can be increased.
