Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple lamp exposure device capable of irradiating a large area with high-luminance light by using many lamps, as an exposure device irradiating a panel coated with photosensitive material with the light so as to form a fixed pattern on the panel.
SOLUTION: This multiple lamp exposure device is constituted of a plurality of lamps arranged to be separated from each other and emitting the light, a plurality of fly-eye lenses installed to correspond to the lamps respectively and projecting the light emitted from the lamps in the form of divergent light, and a plurality of collimating reflection mirrors installed to correspond to the fly-eye lenses respectively, reflecting the light projected from the fly-eye lenses and perpendicularly irradiating the exposure surface of the panel with the reflected light.
