Abstract:
To provide a multiple liquid mixing supply device using a liquid feed bellows pump which has a highly accurate fixed flow rate.
The multiple liquid mixing supply device comprises a plurality of tanks filled with liquid, liquid feed channels through which liquid is fed from the plurality of tanks via a metering pump, a mixing means for mixing the supplied liquid in sequence, and a means for supplying the mixed liquid. The metering pump is the liquid feed bellows pump which has two pump chambers partitioned with a partition part to be operated by an actuator.
