Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mix accurately multiple liquids by a given volume every time of mixing.
SOLUTION: The number of pulse signals issued from flowmeters 4 and 5 is integrated after feed control on-off valves 6 and 7 are opened for respective liquids, and the computed values after reducing the integrated value of number of pulse signals issued after the feed control on-off valves 6 and 7 corresponding to the volume to be fed one time are found. When the computed values for respective liquids conform to the number of pulse signals correspond to the time from issuing a feed stop signal to actually closing feed control on-off valves 6 and 7, the feed stop signals are issued.
