Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer pool for amplifying the target sequence of human HNF-1α gene.
SOLUTION: This primer pool for amplifying the target sequence of the human HNF-1α gene contains at least one PCR primer set, wherein the primer set is composed of an oligonucleotide having a specified sequence or its variant olionucleotide and another oligonucleotide having another specified sequence or its variant olionucleotide. A multiple PCR in which the primer pool is used amplifies a target region of the human HNF-1α gene at a low cost, specifically, rapidly, and with high sensitivity.
