Connection of primary side and secondary side coupler blocks 35, 45 to each other is carried out by a block fastening means 65 free to operate without using a tool in constitution to connect plural pieces of primary side piping connected to the primary side coupler block 35 and a plural pieces of secondary side piping connected to the secondary side coupler block 45 through communicating passages 38, 48 formed through each of insides of the blocks 35, 45 by connecting the primary side and secondary side coupler blocks 35, 45 free to connect plural pieces of the piping by mating them each other.
