A plurality of first plates 3 and second plates 4 are alternately laminated, the port edge part of a cooling water exit/entrance port 1 of the first plate 3 is inflated to one surface side, and a first manifold 7 of the cooling water is formed at multiple surface side. At the same time, the port edge part of a heated fluid exit/entrance port 2 of the second plate 4 is inflated to one surface side, and a second manifold 8 is formed at the other surface side. Then, a thin cooling water bypass circuit 9 where the inflation part of the second manifold 8 does not exit is formed at one surface side along the L-shaped corner part of the plane of the second manifold 8, and the bypass circuit 9 is connected to the first manifold 7.
