Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple plunger pump without pulsation. SOLUTION: Multiple plunger pumps 3a, 3b are formed in such a constitution that valveless suction ports 14 and delivery ports 15 connected to a cylinder chamber are disposed relatively opposed to a tip end part of a cylinder, a plunger whose cut surface is formed on an outer periphery of a tip end part is reciprocated while rotating in the cylinder, and the suction ports 14 and the delivery ports 15 are alternately communicated with the cylinder chamber so as to transfer a fluid. The multiple plunger pump is, provided with a motor 4 for applying rotational driving force to the plunger, and a gear 2 for transmitting rotational driving force of the motor to a rotary shaft of the plunger pump by connecting the rotary shaft of the motor. In the plunger pumps 3a, 3b, the suction ports 14 and the delivery ports 15 are connected to each other, and a change phase of a delivery amount of the fluid from respective plunger pumps 3a, 3b is shifted so as to make the overall delivery amount of the fluid timely smooth by all plunger pumps 3a, 3b.
